This page explains in plain words what we collect and why.
Your CSV and Excel files
Your files are opened and cleaned inside your browser on your own computer. We do not upload, copy, or store the contents of your files.
What we do collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in with a one time code.
- Your plan details, such as whether you are on Free or Premium and when your plan renews or ends. These come from our payment provider.
- Your saved settings (Premium only), such as the cleaning presets you choose to save.
We do not collect your card number. Payment details are entered on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page and never reach us. We do not show ads, we do not use trackers, and we never sell your information.
Who helps us run SheetPilot
- Supabase stores sign in and plan information.
- Resend sends your sign in code emails.
- Lemon Squeezy handles payments and sends receipts. They act as the seller of record and have their own privacy policy.
Data kept on your device
The extension keeps your sign in session and a short plan cache in your browser storage so it works smoothly, even briefly offline.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, fix, or delete your data at any time by emailing sheetpilot.help@gmail.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days of a confirmed request. Some payment records may be kept by Lemon Squeezy as the law requires.
Security
Your plan data is protected so that only you can read your own records, and only our server can change your plan. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
